Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026

These terms govern use of this website. Paid services may also be subject to a proposal, order form, statement of work, or separate service agreement.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and North Pacific Strategy Partners, a sole proprietorship based in British Columbia, Canada. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape the website in a way that causes harm, or use its content to mislead others.

3. Enquiries and communications

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to enter into a project. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that North Pacific Strategy Partners may contact you about your enquiry.

4. Services

The scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables for paid services will be set out in the applicable written proposal, order form, statement of work, subscription terms, or service agreement. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the service-specific terms control.

5. Fees and payment

Where services are purchased, fees are due according to the applicable service agreement or checkout terms. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another stated payment provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees already earned are non-refundable.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, information, feedback, approvals, and lawful instructions needed to perform the work. Clients remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how they are used in the business.

7. AI and third-party services

Solutions may use artificial intelligence and third-party software. AI output can contain errors and must be reviewed before use in important decisions. Third-party tools may have their own terms, limits, fees, and privacy practices.

8. Intellectual property

This website, its branding, and its original content belong to North Pacific Strategy Partners or its licensors. Project intellectual property rights are governed by the applicable service agreement. No rights are transferred unless stated in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Confidential information shared for a project will be handled according to the applicable service agreement. Do not submit highly sensitive information through the public enquiry form.

10. No guarantee of results

Business and technology outcomes depend on many factors. North Pacific Strategy Partners does not guarantee revenue, savings, performance, or any other specific result unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

11. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Pacific Strategy Partners disclaims implied warranties relating to the website. Website content is general information and is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Pacific Strategy Partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Any liability for paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement.

13. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these terms, or information you submit without the right to do so.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts located in British Columbia will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply by law.

15. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms may be submitted through the enquiry form on this website or sent by mail to North Pacific Strategy Partners, 3240 Trumond Avenue, Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.
